Are your prices fixed?

Our prices are fixed* but if there are any amendments on the day of your journey, this may incur additional charges.
*Airport pick ups / drop off charges are payable to the driver.

How much does you charge for waiting time if I'm running late?

The first 10 minutes of waiting time is free of charge (airport pick ups not included) Thereafter it will cost you £5 for every 15 minutes. Please refer to our waiting list policy.

Can I smoke in the car?

No. We operate a strict no smoking policy in all our vehicles.

Do you provide child seats?

Generally, there is no legal requirement to use a car seat in a licensed taxi if one is not available.
If your taxi does not have an appropriate car seat, please follow these instructions:

Seat the child in a back seat (you can't travel with a child in the front seat of a taxi)
Have them wear an adult seat belt if they’re three or older
They may sit without a seat belt if they’re under three on an adult’s lap

Can I make changes to my booking?

You can make changes to your booking up to 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time. To amend your booking, please contact us.
